If iget the Xbox Live Gold Subscription Card do i need theWireless Network Adaptor for Xbox 360?

No you can either get an ethernet cable to hook up your modem which is about 20$ or you can get the wireless adapter which is about 100$ and some change

You need some way to hook up to the internet.. the way is up to you!

ONLY if you want an wireless connection to your internet, if you dont want to spend the money you can get an ethernet cable for an direct link.
If you want to use wireless internet, then yes. If you have internet wires that are nearby, then you can plug them in without using the wireless adapter.

Yes. I never understood why people pay so much for Xbox Live when Playstation’s PSN (Playstation Network) is free.
You don’t really " need the wireless adapter" That’s just incase you want it to connect to xbox live Wirelessly. you can use any ethernet chord really.
